Hello everyone,
Since RSOs were frozen, it has become extra important to be able to find their RSO Information Sheet or Anti-Hazing Policy Forms. Many groups will come in, saying that they have filled out those forms, and we now have to rummage through the stack to find them.
Rather then keeping the binder clipped forms in Rafi's hanging folder, we will now file these in their RSO Paperwork folder. When Rafi is done with his data entry they will be moved to our to be filed bin, where we must file them in their folder.
This will make finding any of these forms much easier.
Make sure you DO NOT give out these forms when groups come to pick up their Purchase Requests. These are NOT to be given out, just to be held in the file.
I have started filing them today at the end of my shift, but will need Elyse & Kyle to continue where I've left off tomorrow.
