Hello Ecos!
Hope you all are surviving these last weeks of the semester! I wanted to let you know that I am working hard on trying to make the task list you see to your right hyperlinked so it brings you to instructions on how to do the task. If you all would like to help me with this I would appreciate it!
Second, I am now working less with you all since you are doing such a good job! I am going to be spending a significant amount of time planning events with Melissa and Jordan for next semester. You will still see me in the office, but I trust that you are professional enough to hold down the fort without much supervision! This does not mean that the rules have changed and I still expect you to do your jobs and use good customer service with everyone that comes through our doors.
Have a great day!

Wednesday (AKA Monday)
A couple of things...
- Next Wednesday (11/21), Kyle will be working 11:30-2:30 and Djade will be working an hour later from his normal shift, until 3:30. This is to cover Danielle.
- If you haven't done so, please email me your availability for exams. It's a crazy week, so let me know ONLY the times you want to work. Keep in mind your travels for the holidays and when you might be leaving!
- Lizzette is covering Elyse's shift on Friday.
You're doing great! Keep it up!!

E-mailing RSOs
Hello everyone. After speaking with Erin today I have updated the templates for the e-mails we send groups telling them to come in and plan their events. Instead of saying "Please come in within the next week", we will instead put their AFS deadline date. On the event tracking form upper right hand corner there is something that says AFS deadline. Please insert that date in.
If they don't come in before that date there event space will be canceled. This should help more groups come in a timely fashion.
