change in advisor on-call hours

Hi ECOs,
I hope you're all doing well. I think you're all doing a great job! You probably don't need us as much as at first, but the advisors are still available for on call hours. But this week and next we are all going to be out for various reasons so we've adjusted the on call hours a bit. Here is the schedule for the next week and a half:

Th Nov 1 Erin am, Phee pm
F Nov. 2 Shaun am, Phee pm
M Nov 5 Lloyd am, Phee pm
T Nov 6 Phee am, Erin pm
W Nov 7 Erin am, Lloyd pm
Th Nov 8 Erin am, Phee pm
F Nov 9 Lloyd am, Phee pm

After that we go back to the regular schedule, except that Phee and Shaun have traded Wednesday and Thursday afternoons permanently. Shaun on Wednesday and Phee on Thursday. I've asked all the advisors to put these changes on their schedules for you, so you should just have to look there to see who's on call.

One more thing that complicates all this. My daughter is about to have a baby and when she goes into labor I am going to leave for 3 days. At the end of this week you'll notice that I'm the only one who will be here. So if I"m gone too, you guys are on your own (sort of). If Becca is in, she can, of course, help with anything (including event advising- okay Becca?). If she isn't in, you can call Barbara with non-event questions or simple event questions. If you want to try doing event advising without any of us, go ahead, but don't send out the agreement for services until one of us is back to review it. Now's your chance to be the professionals we hired you to be.
