It's time to do some maintenance on the SR list serve. People have graduated and we've been adding new SR people. So...
1. please remove these two people right away. The first has asked 3 times, but somehow he's been overlooked.

2. apparently SPIRALS has google group on our SR list and anyone who sends an e-mail gets a reply that we don't have the right to post. Please look through both the SR list serve and the RSO list serve to see what's there and remove it if you find it. If you don't find it get in touch with SPIRALS about it. http://groups.google.com/group/spirals-eboard/about?hl=en
3. please make sure that you add anyone who turns in an SR card and remove the person they are replacing.
4. if step 3 hasn't been done in the last couple of months, please go through the SR cards and update the list.
