Rebecca asked me what to do about over full mailboxes for inactive RSOs. Here's my thought. If the group has not met any of our requirements we can consider them "dead" and throw out their mail. But before you do that, please look through it to see if there is anything official looking - invoices in particular. If there is, give that to me.
If the group has met at least one requirement you can package all the mail with a rubberband and treat it like a package.

I made a list of mailboxes that are overflowing. It's on the receptionist desk. I made a note of who is inactive and who is frozen and emailed the ones who were active.
